Our programs are held at ECWCF in our 30,000-foot building.

The Senior Lifestyle Program provides a safe and interactive gathering place for seniors “ aging in place” in the community. Seniors receive a nutritious mid-day meal. Seniors also have the opportunity to engage in a range of activities of their choice that support their health, wellness and social engagement. Seniors can also serve as volunteers for our youth programs as part of our Intergenerational Program. This is a year-round program.
The ECWCF After School Enrichment Program is designed to provide participant with academic, socialization and recreational activities that build competence. Tutors are available to assist with homework. Participants are exposed to arts, crafts, performing arts and recreational/sports activities. The program begins in September and ends in June.
The ECWCF is committed to the growth of youth tennis in the City of Paterson. In partnership with the USTA ECWCF offers free tennis lessons for middle school students in Paterson. Our Tennis Instructor, Nana Agyeman is USTA/NetGeneration Certified. Tennis is easy to learn, helping to build friendships and learn skills they’ll use for life. ECWCF is a member of the USTA Community Tennis Association.
The Summer Fun is a goal-oriented program that focuses on helping to lessen the summer learning gap by providing activities that stimulate participants learning and emotional development. These learning experiences will help them improve leadership and social skills, bridge the summer learning gap and increase academic achievement. The six-week summer begins the first Monday after July 4.
The ECWCF provides opportunities that bring our youth and seniors to come together to share experiences, knowledge, and skills that are mutually beneficial and foster positive long-term relationships.

  • Entrepreneurs who need an “incubator” where they can cook and taste new recipes
  • Bakers, food packages and online food business entrepreneurs who require 24/7 access to fully equipped kitchen.
The Center Garden features our “ mini” outdoor community garden; the program engages participants from seedling to food preparation of urban grown vegetables, fruits and herbs.
